Wonderful house for my family of 5 with 3 small kids. About 20-30 min away from all the big tourist attractions like braves stadium, downtown, buckhead, etc. Safe neighborhood. Lots of families live nearby. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee.

My family and I were very comfortable during our stay in this home. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The house is nice, with lots of nice finishes and amenities, especially for our young kids. The location is amazing! Just a few minutes away from Park City Mountain, and close to both Main Street and the bus stop. We definitely could have stayed longer, and would happily come back.

We had an excellent holiday using Sarasota Beach Vacations. They were informative, professional and organised and the property we stayed in was in very good condition. We had a minor issue during our stay and the team was extremely efficient about getting it fixed right away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

The condo was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. I really appreciated having a full length mirror in the bedroom. I highly recommend installing a king size bed. We enjoyed spending time by the river and we had a beautiful view of the tree lined grounds. The location is outstanding 6 miles to Gruene and 6 miles to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

My family of 5 plus our dog really enjoyed this lovely cottage. There was plenty of room for everyone being that our girls are 19+. It was clean and very close to the beach and just a short drive to downtown. We loved sitting in the backyard enjoying the canal and the birds. We would definitely stay here again.
